The Momentum of Menopause: Insight, Understanding, and Support for Everyone Experiencing Menopause

9.30 – 10.10am

Summary

Exploring how menopause has opened up conversations and increased understanding, Bobbie will examine the mental health challenges that menopause can introduce or exacerbate, and considers ways to address them.

Menopause is a natural stage of life experienced either first-hand, or by knowing and supporting someone going through it, though symptoms and reactions vary widely. Recognising this diversity, Bobbie will highlight the importance of acknowledgement, care, and support for everyone experiencing menopause as part of the universal process of ageing.
