Nearly 70 million working days are lost per year due to mental ill health. 1 in 6 people will experience a mental health problem in the workplace and most people would not know what to do or where to signpost them. During this seminar Dawn will talk about stigma, how to spot a colleague with poor mental health, how to start a conversation and where to signpost them.

About the Speaker

Dawn Evans is a powerhouse when it comes to business mindset and female entrepreneurship. She is a serial entrepreneur, public speaker, property investor, author, and qualified professional trainer. Her role as CEO of the multi-award-winning Vocational Training Company Ajuda and founder of Wales’ biggest-ever Education and Mental Health Shows has given her a vast number of skills and experience as a budding entrepreneur. Dawn specialises in motivating & inspiring developing start-ups and growing businesses.

Dawn has graduated several times with degrees in Education, Sustainable Leadership, and Coaching and Mentoring for Entrepreneurial Practice. She has used these qualifications and put them into practice, developing and creating new entrepreneurs of the future.

Dawn’s passion is in physical and mental health. She is a qualified Mental Health & First Aid tutor, and through her monthly mental health webinars, has educated thousands of people across the globe. Her company Ajuda has now trained over 100,000 people in accredited First Aid and Mental Health Qualifications, giving them the knowledge to save lives.

In addition to Dawn’s role as a multi-award-winning business Entrepreneur, she is also a proud owner of a multi-million-pound property portfolio, and has spent many years working as a coach, gaining clients across the globe and assisting them in growing businesses and property portfolios of their own.
