Summary

This Seminar will be focused on the creation of welcoming and supportive spaces for neurodivergent people, including those with autism, and who have eating disorders, mental health problems such as anxiety, self-harm, suicide independently and their interlink , and other life challenges. Emily will share her empowering, inspiring, life-changing story, work, and journey. Emily will also use practical examples and demonstrations to guide us through the journey of treatment support and masking and empowering recovery, healing and hope and freedom.

About the Speaker

Emily a trainee-counsellor, expert by experience, advisory board member for Eating Disorders, lived experience lead for the Transitions eating disorders youth intervention project, speaker, trainer, project worker, inspiring individual overcome many adversities with anorexia, depression, self-harm, anxiety, autism, traumas, disabilities, suicide, gambling, emotional abuse, homelessness, family breakdowns. Growing Motivate the Mind Business, co-author, volunteer, disability sports coach, mentor inspiring change.
