Sophie Garner
Reawakening The Creative Playmaker
10.30 – 11.10am
Seminar Summary:
Creative play begins in the early years of our lives. It’s fundamental to our growth on many levels. Through play we develop our social skills and relationships. It supports our early understanding of emotions.
Then we have to grow up. Play takes a back seat, seemingly unimportant, just a past time for having fun. It is how far more important now for children and adults. It is through creative self expression that we support our physical and mental health.
