Humans not Numbers: The People’s Principles for Health and Social Care in Wales
3.30 – 4.10pm
Summary
In 2025, Llais engaged thousands of people across Wales through The Health and Social Care We Want project. A core message emerged: people want a system that treats them as human beings, not numbers. From what Llais heard, the People’s Principles were created. This seminar explains what the People’s Principles are and shows how they can be used to shape a fairer, more accessible
health and social care system for everyone in Wales.
