Walking With Grief
3:30pm – 4:10pm
Summary
Grief is complex and deeply personal. Grief is also cripplingly painful, especially when losing a son or daughter. Since losing my son, Greg, in 2023, I had to find ways to navigate the treacherous and destruction waters of grief. I found peace when I walked, whether it was in the mountains, in forests or along the coast. I was away from the noise of life and walking gave me the space to process the loss of my precious son.
