It’s emotional, brutally honest, heartfelt yet funny and delivered GLOBALLY – in his signature Keynote Seminar ‘Talking about his highs and lows’ including his success in sport but also his mental health and nearly losing his wife and children through pushing himself to the limits.

Having had ADHD, Dyslexia & heightened Anxiety for most of his life – things reached breaking point in 2007 when everything came to a head and he tried to take his own life.

In Life, in Business – we all want to succeed – we try to be what people or situations want to see in us and never really opening up through fear of being rejected, we are conditioned to not share our Mental Health issues, Anxiety or hidden Disabilities and
this is just not right.

Fast forward to today – Andy Lewis MBE is not just an inspirational Speaker on the subjects of Mental Health & Wellbeing but also a multi winning GOLD medalist in one of the toughest sports in the world – from an experience sharing perspective – Andy
delivers his talks to Stages, Corporates, Boardrooms, Factories, Universities, Schools & Events WORLDWIDE!

Andy will inspire YOUR audience by focussing not on his story – but offering his top tips and insights into managing Anxiety in Life & Business – both personally and professionally.

About the Speaker

Andy Lewis

Athlete, Speaker, Mentor

Andy Lewis has battled dyslexia, ADHD, depression, and some serious battles with mental health over the last 3 years and having his leg amputated to become a disabled pilot and win the first EVER Paralympic gold medal in Paralympic triathlon and
honoured with an MBE by Prince William. He is the only British man to hold the triple crown: the European, World and Paralympic titles at the same time.

Andy’s determination to overcome challenges started in school where a teacher labelled him ‘thick as a brick.’ His story is masterclass in how grit and self-belief are the recipe for resilience and achieving goals.

He now helps adults and children across the UK overcome adversity and with mental health issues. Andy set up bespoke mentoring to mentor people in the same situation in Jan 2019. Andy still has daily battles with this but have tips and hints of how to overcome it and move on and now wants to share that.

The time when Andy realised his mental health had got the better of him was the day before he took on the rest of the world in Rio where he nearly never raced thank god he did.

What our attendees had to say

“The choice of seminar/workshops and calibre of delivery. The info gained from some
stall holders. Meeting some key and influential associates I/we had only ever worked
with and ‘met’ on screen – so the in person networking element was welcomed!”
